Frequently asked questions

How do I create my link page?

Sign up for a free account, then go to Manage links (or “My links” in the menu) to add your first link. You can add custom links or use the Social media section to add Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms by entering your username. Your public page will be at yoursite.com/@yourusername.

Why can’t I view my profile?

You need to add at least one link before your profile page is useful to view. Add links from the Manage links page, then use “View your page” from your dashboard.

How do I change my profile photo or theme?

From your Dashboard you can upload a profile photo (or use a URL), remove it, and choose a profile theme. Changes apply immediately to your public page.

How do I edit or remove a link?

Go to Manage links. Each link has an “Edit” and “Remove” option. Edit to change the label or URL; Remove to delete the link from your profile.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Use the “Log in” page and look for a “Forgot password?” or similar link if available. If you don’t see it, contact support (below) and we’ll help you regain access to your account.

Can I change my username?

Username changes may be available from your account or dashboard settings. If you don’t see the option, contact support and we can advise.
